I'm a manager and I have a hard time finding amatuer records when I get offered a up and comer with no or little pro fights. If you know of a website letme know

Nope. You just have to search and see what you can find. It is still better than the pre-internet days when you couldn't find much about someone from another part of the country. Back then you had to call and talk to people from the boxer's home state. You could still try that today. It might be your best bet.

There is no archive for amateur boxing records. I have national and international records from 1987 to present. You are welcome to email me and I can tell you if the boxer has had that type of experience.
