If B-Hop wins....

Post by Rocky Balboa »

What does that do for his already-cemented legacy in boxing?

Calzaghe is favoured to beat Hopkins, so if Bernard does walk away victorious, then once again, he's proved the doubters incorrect & upset the odds against him!

How significent would a win over Calzaghe be? I read on boxingtalk that Hopkins states this will be his last fight. Many has said this in the past, few stick to it!

If B-Hop wins & retires, then what a way that would be hang up the gloves for good!

I hope JC does the business & I think he'll win, but as the fight draws nearer & with Calzaghe saying it will be an easy night, I'm not as confident of a Calzaghe victory as previously!

It would be leagues above any of his previous wins. Because Trinidad and Oscar were blown-up welterweights and Tarver was weighing 235 for Rocky Balboa. And Robert Allen isn't very good.

Hopkins took this fight because he needs this fight. Otherwise he wouldn't have.

The simple reason is that Hopkins knows his legacy needs this fight/win.
