Despite the much publicised customer service issues with Setanta I begrudginly signed up on Monday (with the £5 a month - for 3 months offer) to watch Saturday's fight in the comfort of my own home.
With a growing concern of whether I'd recieve my Setanta card by Saturday I rang up today only to find out that my subscription didn't get through.
I quoted a reference code but to no avail, the chap said he 'didn't know' why the order didn't go through.
Now it's too late to try ordering again, as I wouldn't recieve the card by Sat and the box is a rip-off to buy in the shops.
So I've got 48 hours to find somewhere showing it now.
Has anyone else had problems with them this week?
