Scott Gammer return?

Post by stujones »

Slated to fight the very decent Francesco Pianeta in Germany for the EU title... in July.

Tough comeback fight for him..... but I suppose he is a bit fortunate to walk straight into a title fight.

He'd be a big underdog if this took place.
Surprised he's coming back. Saw him at an amateur boxing show in Pembroke Dock last week and there was no announcement then. He did look in decent shape though.

Where is it taking place?

Well he'd be in the mix if they people think Rogan deserve a shot. Surely Gammer would start a favourite vs Rogan.

Gammer has fast hands but he needs to learn how to put his weight behind his punches. But at 31 I think he's reached his limit. But yeah he could beat Rogan for the british but surely McDermott is the mix having beat Gammer. THough it will be a sad day for British boxing when/if John "I can't be arsed to train properly and loose weight" McDermott becomes british champ
