Made me smile
Haye and Klitschko head-to-head video

Did Haye down a few cans of Red Bull before he made his approach?
He's done a good job of linking himself to Wlad and making himself known as a viable opponent but he wants to be careful not to become obnoxious about it. I think the slightly over the top humourous performance after blasting Macca was pitched right.
I think it would have been better to have badgered Klitschko with a smile on his face and made fun of his mandatories rather than being so aggressive.

funny "rocky balboa" posted this yesterday and no one bothered responding yet today the same link is posted and every starts feeding back...
Is "Rocky balboa" the boxred equivalent of Junior Witter??? :-)
Anyway the video was quite entertaining yet cringe worthy at the same time....
Wlad clearly doesnt like bad mouthing people and is a true gent... Haye is a nice guy too although you wouldnt think so watching that clip....
I dont think Vitali would have taken that kind of approach is such a diplomatic fashion!!!

What was he meant to say??Spud wrote:David Haye wins the first round in the banter stakes!!!
Mr Klitschko did not know what to do!!! - whats more he had no answers none at all!!!
"yes i will fight you next and therefore get stripped of my titles!!"
and also remember Wlad is speaking in his 4th language.... he aint gonna be no Chris Tucker on the microphone..
agree with you Shirow... didnt have Davids usual tongue in cheek style about it...Shirow wrote: He's done a good job of linking himself to Wlad and making himself known as a viable opponent but he wants to be careful not to become obnoxious about it. Haye just made himself look like a tit IMO. Wlad was there to promote a charity a event, he wasn't there to call anyone out or have a ruck. Wlad acted in a dignified manner, Haye just acted like a petulant child.
"Fight me next" yeah Dave and be stripped of both his world titles - like knock out said, don't be stupid Haye.
I agree with Wlad, Haye need to behave himself!

You do what you gotta do to get the fight......i don't blame Haye for taking his chance when it arose.
Nobody gives a sh*t about seeing Klitschko defend alphabet straps against guys like Thompson and Povetkin. They are both easy touch opponents who lack punch power. They are the type of opponent Wlad likes and thats why he's so keen to fulfill his mandatory obligations.
We all complain about the alphabet pirates f*cking the sport up with their retarded rankings....and yet so many people are willing to defend Klitschko for hiding behind these organisations and their unworthy mandatories
The heavyweight division is in dire need of an injection of excitement and has been for several years now. Win, lose or draw.....Dabid Haye brings that excitement along with power, speed and bags of confidence.
Or should we all just make do with seeing Klitschko being babied and fighting non-punchers who in all reality have done no more to 'earn' a title shot than David Haye.
The only fight Klitschko should take ahead of a Haye fight, would be a rematch with Sam Peter to crown a Ring champ so we could totally do away with these tinpot organisations.
But we're not going to see that anytime soon either, because Wlad and the people who guide him do all they can to steer him away from punchers who might expose his highly suspect punch resistance and equally fragile confidence.
The heavyweights are a joke and Haye is getting stick for trying to shake them up and inject some life into a lifeless, supposedly flagship weight class? In a sport full of posturing prima donna's Haye is a fighter who actually wants to make the best fights available.....yeah i can see why people are unhappy with him

Of course you want Haye to lose, he's good for boxing, fights anyone, and splattered the Great Warren Hope.Max Molyneux wrote:True, Haye was selfish to promote himself at a charity event.
I don't mind If Klitschko humbles him a bit, Haye's getting over excited and Is going to look daft when Klitschko beats him.

You were one of the many who thought Audley would go all the way. At least Enzo Is world class and won a title.
I agree with Nickd

I don't think anyone is disagreeing with quite a lot of this. I just think Haye was a cheeky sod and it was out of order the way he approached him, especially given the circumstances why Wlad was there.lurkyshaka wrote:You do what you gotta do to get the fight......i don't blame Haye for taking his chance when it arose.

He's had one fight at heavy, lest we forget. I agree with Nick - beat a couple of top ten men, as Haye himself said, then give it the big un!
