According to fightnews Yuri has given up his title in order to concentrate on getting a world title shot. The vacant title will be contested between Melero and Andrey Kudriavtsev. Maybe Murray/Fewkes or Thaxton/Meager may be able to get their hands on the Euro title as the aforementioned are a lot more beatable than Romanov but good Euro-level fighters non the less.

Yes, this was a hard first fight back from Graham Earl. Romanov was losing and got dropped vs a very talented bloke, and then got up to knock him limp. Good fight, great win, under very hard circumstances.
