Former WBO featherweight title challenger Nicky Cook has been nominated to fight for the European title at 9'4.
Cook, who suffered his only career defeat to Steven Luevano last year, is set to face Sergey Gulyakevich.
The Belarussian lost to Alex Arthur in a European title fight in 2006, but captured the belt in his last fight.
Cook, 28, is a former European champion at featherweight, and has a 28-1 record.
It's about time Cook got his career back on track. I guess that means that Mitchell isn't going for the European title now.

Should be really good this, Gulyakevich dealt with Kirokosyan with real ease.

He looked impressive in doing so, if he repeats that performance he'll have too much for Cook, so we'll see.
I like Cook, would be nice to be proven wrong.

Can Cook get inside Gulyakevich's long reach and effective jab? I don't think so. I am going for a 117-111 decision for Gulyakevich.

Being a bit vague there.
