Does anyone know anything about this Promoter?

They are promoting a night of boxing in Cardiff on the 24th May.

It is a mix of Pro fights and Amatuer fights. What do people think about this idea?? Has this been done before? Does it happen often?

Yeah, Jonny Pegg and John Costello (Pugilist Promotions) have done a couple in Birmingham (November, Custard Factory, and April, Tower Ballroom). They were successful – both being sell-outs. The mix of professional and amateur contests went down really well with the crowd.
