It says originally a DQ win for Tyson, but from what I've read the referee declared it a TKO, saying Ferguson was holding because he was unable to defend himself.

ferguson was disqualified for 'excessive holding'(totally unfair on the boogieman'.

however tyson shill jose torres was in charge in those days, in new york. he over turned it within minutes to a tko to keep tysons 100% knockout streak going.
