Double entries?

On heavyweight James Anthony's record there seem to be two double entries; LKO 3 Horst Him Geisler March and May 25 1977 ( there doen't seem to be a card in Winnipeg, MB for the second date) and LKO 2 Mike Jameson July 3 1981 and 1982 in Gardnerville, NV ( second fight on Anthony's but not on Jameson's record in RRB 1983).

On Ernie Barr's record, WKO 3 Tony Severance November 5 1982, November 15 1983. No location given for the 2nd fight.
