This card has three different dates!

Tony Tubbs-Don Halpin --- Wun 8 (12-08
Two other sources have 12-19.
Tom Moody-Gary Coates --- Wun semi-final (not listed)
Donnie Long-Ronny Rogers --- TKO 1 (12-18
Vernon Reed-Jack Fain --- PTS (12-17)
Terry Silvers-Dave Odum --- Wmaj (not listed)
Robert Overton-Gary Green --- Wun 4 (not listed)

Query; What's the accurate date?

In Ring Record Book 1983 has Dec 18th in all records except Tubbs, which it has Dec 8th, Halpin's record has 18th!

Yeah, what to do now? Tubbs-Halpin was the main-event on that card. If Halpins record has 18th, so has Tubbs's payday gotta be.
By the way, is Tubbs still around, or did he retired?
