Foreman of 1973 was an animal. Very intimidating, so powerful. However, when it comes to overall skills, ring smarts, stamina, etc, Holmes is way ahead & that's no disrespect to Foreman.
IMO, Holmes had the best jab in HW history, great recvoery powers & solid skills. He would realise the danger of Foreman's power, & box his way to a comfortable victory. Holmes by late TKO or UD for me.

Holmes in the late 1970s was superb. As good, hard hitting
and menacing that Foreman was, I just see Larry out boxing
him and stopping him late or getting the nod at the very end.

I saw Larry being interviewed-he STILL wants to fight George- he'd fight him tomorrow if he could. George said his wife won't let him fight anymore.
