I would think this late in the day he'll be facing someone worse than Rogan. Plus given Frankie's loss of Calzaghe he'll probably be protected for a while as Audley's now the second biggest name in his stable.

They turned down an offer to fight Couser, saying he'd lost to many this is after Couser went 8 Rounds with unbeaten Aussie Heavy Haumono 15-0-0 14KO's and almost stopped him as well!

You'd think with 1 weeks notice Couser would be a suitable replacement

Pele's a good call, but I think he's down for Prizefighter the week after.

Where's Wayne Llewelyn when you need him?

Pele is in the 8 man Prizefighter tournament.

I would like to know who Audley is fighting myself - I am going to the show to see Macklin's fight and wouldnt mind seeing the big lump Harrison in with someone useful. Not holding my breath though..

Sprott is my preference but if not Dennis Bakhtov is well ranked I think. Despite a lot of KO losses his chin is pretty fornicating hard I think, take a look at some of these shots he took of Sinan Samm.

OK firstly the promo team still have not canceld the Rogan bout and you are still taking my word for it, personally I reckon Big Aud won't fight, the only other one I can help with is is - Crolla v Deakin It looks like this is a go-er. Though I still reckon Rockin Robin just needs a decent coach and promoter and he could be at least a decent journey man boxer if not more, just need to see whats under that skin, he needs pushed more and a whole lot harder (you hear that Earl and Paisley, bust his balls you lazy tw@s push the wee fecker harder you know he has more in the tank loads more but yet you let him coast along) bust him down and rebuild him, now !!, you aint got time to piss about he aint long left as a pro deut opponent, give the guy a break.

Any promoter out there looking at Deakin, the guy is great he just needs to have his ass bustyed and be rebuilt, there is loads more there but he needs to be pushed every step of the way, friends trainnig him aint the answer, If anyone has the power to do this get the hold of him, he CAN go places with the right coaching (no love like tough love).

Poor lad - what a kick in the bollocks it must be at this stage. I think, at such late notice, a fighter should at least have his training exes reimbursed. I would say there's even a good case for his purse being paid in full, especially when the show is still going on. These fighters don't earn big money at this level and, like everyone else, have bills to pay.

Ian, it will be interesting to see how the final line-up for this box office "event" compares to the originally advertised one.

Nah we werent just taking your word for it, when Sky made their press release to announce Khan would be fighting on Sky it had the billed bouts down and it was Audley v TBA. This was just after you mentioned Rogan's hand.

Bloody 'eck £6k worth of tickets plus a full camp of training for nothing.

Poor Femi.

Opponents pulling out are perhaps the biggest frustration a boxer must face.... and at the 11th hour too it has to be devastating.
