I don't know about you guys, and this thread may look very foolish tomorrow, but Arthur looked ill at the weigh in.
I'm lumping some dollar in on Cook to score an upset here - Arthur loooks to have left too much in the gym, the pics over at britishboxing.net say it all.
If anything, I thought it was Cook who looked a bit drained, going by the BBN shots; his body looks like he hasn't eaten in two weeks...have to assume he knows what he's doing though. No idea who wins this, depends which AA turns up - it's about time he put on one of those long touted world class performances.
Just found out my local has the PPV, so I'll be off to watch it there - though knowing the tight as f*** manager, he probably has a dodgy hook up to that Hungarian sat.
Just got a few quid down on Prescott in the first 5 rounds..though with my luck he'll turn out to be a south American zombie, risen from the dead by High Priest Frank(enstein).
The closer this fight gets, the more I'm favouring Cook - especially looking at that picture. Cook is better than Foster Jr., and he looks much healthier at the weight than Arthur there.
I wouldn't read into the weigh-in pics that much. Most fighters at higher levels look pretty drawn out at weigh-ins. I mean you guys may be right and Cook may go on to to carve Arthur up with body shots but I still favour Arthur to do the business. Cook looks in good nick but he's bound to look better and more healthy than Arthur as he's moving up from feather so will be more comfortable at the weight whilst Arthur been tight at the weight for a while now. Also Cook isn't much of a puncher whilst Arthur is at decent puncher at domestic level. We'll see - looks to be best fight of the night.
