Questions about a Boxing Medal 1915

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me. I have a boxing medal that was with my great-grandfathers estate items. I never new he boxed and don't know if it was actually his. My question is about the medal. It reads at the top MAJESTIC A C. and at the bottom is AMC and it pictures a boxer in a coliseum looking surrounding and it is dated on the back 1915. I have googled both AMC and Majestica and could find no information so I was wondering if anyone here knows anything.
