Wayne McCullough.

According the BBC - Wayne is pretty confident the WBC would sanction a bout between him and the WBC BANTAMWEIGHT champion Hozumi Hasegawa should Hasegawa want to take Wayne on as a voluntary.

Now, I have always backed Wayne's decision to continue to fight even after the 2nd Larios loss. I do think the WBC would be wrong to sanction a match though, cause Wayne hasn't fought at Bantamweight for well over 10 years and was dead at the weight before..... I would have serious concerns for Wayne to go back down there.

I don't mind to see him contesting for British or maybe even European Super Bantamweight titles from the off (or NABF, cause I don't think he can fght for the European now) - and see what he has left.... but a straight world title fight, at any weight let alone a weight I think he wil never make now, I think its dangerous.
