These two records are the same fighter.

The correct spelling is Gary SIMONS.

Also, he refereed a card in Texarkana earlier this year and was listed as Gary Simmons.

According to the 1984 Ring RB p.200, his last name is Simon.
Do U have a reference for Simons?
