Since the past couple of quotes have been beyond the knowledge of the posters here I'll make this one easier.

Hint (the "________" was not speaking english when he said this, this quote is a translation from the account of a ringside photographer who understood the languge he was speaking in.)

From my perspective and experience in the field, Dr. Tomato I believe a more accurate diagnosis would be Sociopathy.

From Webster's:

Sociopath n. Psychyatry a person, as a psychopatic personality, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks sense of moral responsibility or social conscience.

I would like to add that this individual also seems to be suffering form severe brain trauma (And he seems to have an obsession with cerebral palsy) due to the excess of masturbatory practices.
