not too hard for YOU, bollyboy...and I'm sure you know the last name too. Now...how about the "pet name". It appears in just about all of his biographies, including the auto bio....of which I think there is more than one.
there is nothing in his name or career or style or birthplace that would act as a hint for this one.

I suppose I should close this out by saying Ginsburg (or Ginszburg) is correct, and the "Estelle" of course is Estelle Taylor.
Funny nickname for a Mormon. I have no idea how it came about either.
