Fair play. He must have something left then
Re: Is Woods v Muriqi on tv?
Pleased for Clinton. He looked like he was on the way out after the Tarver fight, so I'm glad he's back on track.

A Jersey based company filmed the show - ITV 4 are showing the fight.
Jim Rozenthal was ringside and did his normal stuff in prep for the programme.

I'm glad he's come back well. He is a good fighter. It's good that Brits are still interested in him after that Tarver fight. Hopefully his win leads somewhere.
However, the Yanks won't want anything to do with him. This will make it hard for US TV to go with a Dawson-Woods fight. Dawson the IBF champ. I think if one of the broadcasters were interested in building up exciting slugger Tavoris Cloud (the IBF mandatory), then they would likely want him in a competitive fight with Woods (winner of some kind of IBF elim). It would be a meaningful fight, it would make sense with the IBF, it would determine who would face Dawson.
Naturally though, both guys probably want seperate shots, but Showtime or HBO are hardly going to go with Dawson-Cloud yet (unknown, albeit very exciting) and Dawson-Woods (Clinton did not impress v Tarver, many Yanks who saw him for the first time feeling that he gave the title away).
I think Dawson will want to perhaps fight for the Ring title, so he can dump the IBF belt and not have to fight mandatories. But right now that would be hard. Ring has Hopkins #1 and Dawson #2. That fight isn't happening. If Hopkins retires officially, it would have to be Dawson-Johnson 2 - hard fight for Dawson.
