I think that I am correct in saying that Tony Tubbs and Greg Page fought each other about seven times as amateurs, can anybody confirm this? And what was the win/lose split between them?

they did indeed fight seven times, with greg winning SIX of em!!
greg was kinda complacent in preparing for his world title defence v tubbs because he had beat him so many times.
their 15 rd fight was entertaining dont believe what these lazy jerks who cant form opinions for themselves and have never even bothered to watch the fight say.
greg page is a wonderful fella and so is his wife and if anybody would like to send their regards to him you can email him at [email protected] tell him neil hunter from england sent ya.
