Secondsout, maxboxing and BS

I'm sure I read that about 6 months ago Maxboxing had bought BS or something, then i read that secondsout had acquired maxboxing.

I wonder sums they get bought / sold for (if the above is true) and what would be gained by acquiring another site ? i know some sites seem to rival each other, but the more merrier i think.

There's definitely a merging between Maxboxing and Secondsout, Hauser's stuff is on both and Secondsout are using Max to promote their live broadcasts. Plus Secondsout focuses more on the UK scene whilst Maxboxing is on the US.
I know that the owner of Secondsout bought BS but seemingly is running them as seperate entities still.
