Clairfication on Sandy Saddler's record

I was reading Sandlers record and have a hard time telling what championships he won, defended against and when he lost them to.
He won the Featherweight title from pep by 4th round KO, then lost it back to Pep in his first defense, that is obvious.
He won a 10 rd decision to get the vacant Jr. Light title form Orlando Zulueta.
KO'd Lauro Salas in 9 to defend the Jr. Light title.
Saddler won the Feather title a second time from Pep in 8 rds.
KO'd Diego Sosa in 2 to defend his Jr. light weight title.
15 RD decision against Teddy Davis defending his Featherweight title
KO'd Flash Elorde in 13 to defend his Featherweight title.

OK, what I wrote above is a mess, I'll recap:

He has a third win over Pep after regaining the title, TKO in 9 I believe.

All four of his fights with Pep were title fights.
