Montiel fought Silva for the interim title, Penalosa still holds the full title, but only up to April25th, because he wants to enter the ring as champion against Juan Manuel López (Champion vs. Champion). But on the same day, after the match (despite of the outcome), he will lay down his belt, and Montiel will become the full champion. Just talked to the WBO, so, Montiel will defend the full title against Eric Morel because that match will only happen on June 27th. But, please correct that Montiel vs. Silva was for the vacant WBO bantamweight title, it was for the interim one... Thanks!
