1948 United States Olympians

The United States sent a roster of eight boxers to the 1948 Olympic Games, held in London, England. The team won one medal, a silver, which was won by Horace Herring. Members were:

• 160 pounds - Washington Jones, St. Louis, MO
• 175 pounds - Chuck Spieser, Detroit, MI
• 175 pounds+ - Jay Lambert, Helper, UT
