Notes
- Decarie was originally slated to defend his NABO Welterweight title against Shamone Alvarez. Unfortunately, Alvarez suffered a leg injury in training and had to pull out a week before the fight.
- Alvarez was replaced on short notice by Cauthen. The contract for the fight was signed at 154 lbs and Decarie's title was therefore not at stake.
- Cauthen down in round 8 from a counter right hand.
- Cauthen down again in round 10 from an overhand right. Although he's up before the count of ten, he's on unsteady legs and the referee decides to call a halt to the fight with only 1 second left.
