In the 4th, both fighters clashed heads resulting in a cut on the right eyebrow for Casa and a cut in the forehead for Doliguez. It was bleeding badly in the 5th which prompted the ring physician to recommend to the referee the fight stoppage. Fight was stopped at 1’20” in the 5th.
