Arthur Donovan was commonly known during his boxing days as "Young Mike Donovan," after his father, "Professor" Mike Donovan. He later became quite famous as Referee Arthur Donovan. [1]
He is the father of Pro Football Hall of Famer Art Donovan, formerly of the Baltimore Colts.
