In the second of three bouts involving former champions on a fight card held at Camp Lejeune, former IBF world Cruiserweight champion Arthur Williams was the only former champion who emerged victorious. Williams, 43, used aggressive combinations to back up and batter Clarence Moore for all six rounds of their bout. Moore was knocked down twice in round two, and did his best to survive from that point on.
