And Gould was also a claimant to the World Junior Featherweight Title after defeating Jackie “Kid” Wolfe on December 26, 1922 by decision. Gould also defeated Canadian Bantamweight Champion Bobby Eber and Canadian Featherweight Champion Curly Wilshur.
