Bernard Docusen 147 lbs beat Earl Turner 149 lbs by UD in round 10 of 10

  • Docusen got off to an early lead, landing to Turner's jaw and landing an effective right uppercut. Turner was knocked down in the 4th round, for no count. The knockdown appeared to be caused by a half slip, half punch. Turner was unhurt, and attacked Docusen and drove him to the ropes, where both boxers traded for a minute. Docusen regained control in the 6th round, and battered Turner with right hands in the 8th round. Desperately behind on points, Turner carried the fight in the 10th round
