Jack Reddick drew with Billy Burke by NWS in round 10 of 10

    In ten fast rounds of fighting, every one of which was full of action and heavy hitting, Billy Burke staged a comeback, and shaded Jack Reddick at the International A. C. of St. Boniface. The bout was full of fireworks all the way, and had Reddick been more aggressive he would have earned a draw. Burke's ring experience and ability to cover up proved the deciding factors. Reddick showed that he can both take and give punishment, and with a little more ring experience he should be a hard boy to beat.

    Burke opened a bad gash over Reddick's left eye early in the battle, and Reddick came back with a nasty crack on Burke's nose, causing the claret to run freely and bother Burke.
