"In a companion 10 rounder, Bobby Chacon picked himself off the canvas in the 2nd round to knock out Jose Luis Martin del Campo in the 3rd round. Chacon got caught looking and del Campo landed a left hook to send Chacon to the canvas with a smile on his face. Bobby got up and shook his head in disbelief. He came straight back at del Campo with quick combinations to put him down twice before the end of the round. Del Campo answered the bell on rubber legs and Chacon threw a short right to easily put him down. After getting up only to go sliding to the canvas again, referee Larry Rozadilla stepped in and stopped the one-sided bout at 43 seconds into the round." -Pasadena Star-News
