- By late February 1932, it had outgrown its old site and moved to the Elks Gym Temple (Fourth and Pacific?), with its first show there held Feb. 26.
- It usually conducted shows pitting boxers from Promoter (and former boxer) Bud Ridley's stable against United States Navy sailors or boxers from the White Center AC of Seattle.
- On Feb. 26, 1933, it merged with the local Navy Yard Athletic Club run by former boxer Ely Caston.
