Broadway Johnny Cox

Broadway Johnny Cox was an American boxing manager who worked throughout the eastern half of the United States. Cox was involved the boxing scene in St. Petersburg in the 1920s, and appears to have served as a conduit that brought many Indianapolis and Cincinnati boxers to the Florida Gulf Coast. By the 1950s, he was working as the New Orleans correspondent for Ring Magazine.
