1923 Shows
According to the May 21, 1923 Sacramento Star, the following is the complete list of boxing shows held in California at that time, with seven bouts per show (during this "Four-Round Era"):
- Weekly: Dreamland Rink and Association Club, San Francisco; Auditorium, Oakland; Vernon, Hollywood Legion Stadium, Lyceum, and Colored Club, Los Angeles; San Jose, San Diego, San Pedro, Mexicali, and Pasadena.
- Semi-monthly: San Mateo, Modesto, Newman, Stockton, Sacramento, Marysville, Crow's Landing, San Luis Obispo, Santa Ana, Delhi, Anaheim, San Bernardino, Covina, Torrance, Compton, and El Rio.
- Monthly: Goat Island, Presidio, Petaluma, Eureka, Chico, Fresno, Hanford, Pittsburg, Crockett, Martinez, and Pismo Beach.
However, some shows appear to be missing from this list, such as those held in Emeryville, Santa Paula, Taft, Tulare, the Madison Square Garden Club in Los Angeles, and elsewhere.
1925 Shows
