Park was knocked down in the 5th round by a counter right hand and finished the round with a bad cut over his left eye. Park was down again for an eight-count in the 7th round. Park was down again in the 9th round, but it was ruled a slip. Vazquez pummeled Park in the 10th round, prompting Park to turn away from Vazquez, and leading to the stoppage.
