    Newspaper decision from the Indianapolis News and Indianapolis Star Two days before this bout, Wiggins was badly beaten and jailed by local police -- after his vehicle had struck a police car and he then knocked down the officer who was attempting to arrest him. Wiggins was charged with drunkenness, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, assault & battery, failure to stop after an accident, and vagrancy.
