Armand Savoie 136 lbs lost to Cisco Andrade 136 lbs by UD in round 10 of 10

"Undefeated Cisco Andrade, a sharp-punching boxer from Compton, Calif., won a unanimous 10-round decision Saturday night over Armand Savoie of Montreal in a nationally televised fight in Memorial Auditorium. Savoie, a ring-wise veteran with decisions over half a dozen well-regarded lightweights, fought in flurries. Cisco obviously wearied his man with his busy tactics. Savoie's body was red from the 2nd round on from Andrade's restless in-fighting tactics. In the 2nd, Cisco found the range with a couple of long rights tossed in over Savoie's left lead, and this weapon, coupled with the Californian's pressing left jab, set the pattern for the fight. The 8th was the best round of the fight, with Savoie opening a cut under Andrade's right eye and Cisco countering by knocking Armand rubber-legged with an overhand right. The victory was Cisco's 22nd in his pro career." -Associated Press
