Post-fight comment

  • "I know I'm being brought over to provide Green with a win. I have been Commonwealth champion for five years and this is the first time they have ever invited me over to England. I think they have judged my form on my last world title fight, when I was stopped by Pipino Cuevas, and they think Clyde Gray is slipping. If so they have misjudged the situation. I do not make predictions except that in this case I say that I will take the title back with me to Canada." -Clyde Gray, on his upcoming title defense against Dave 'Boy' Green
