Curtis Parker 160 lbs beat Frank Fletcher 160 lbs by RTD at 3:00 in round 2 of 10

"Curtis Parker dazed Frank Fletcher with a barrage of punches, stopping him after two rounds of a scheduled 10 round battle of Philadelphia middleweights Monday night. Parker landed rights to the body and left hooks to the head throughout the second round. He then trapped Fletcher in the corner landing four chopping rights to the head that nearly knocked Fletcher unconcious. Referee Paul Venti issued a standing eight count and the bell rang ending the round. Fletcher staggered back to his corner and was not allowed to return for the 3rd round by chief ringside physician Dr. Frank Doggett." -Associated Press
