"Featherweight contender Danny 'Little Red' Lopez scored a unanimous 10 round decision over Japanese bantamweight Genzo Kurosawa Thursday night ending a run of 21 straight knockouts while his unbeaten string went to 22. Lopez steadily flicked straight lefts into Kurosawa's face throughout the fight and although he landed a few rights, none caused much harm." -Associated Press
