Dave Levy

Dave Levy (born David M. Levey) managed five boxers in the 1940s. His stable included Newton (Glenn) Smith, Dorsey Lay, Wee Willie Thomas, Gus Jones and Johnny Walker.

He appeared in The Ring Record Book's Directory of Fight Managers from 1948 until 1958. His usual occupation was used car dealer.

Levy died April 14, 1949 at the age of 42 from a gunshot to the head.
