  • In round 1, Haye dropped Bonin at :44 with a left-right combination. Bonin was back to his feet quickly and received a standing eight-count. Bonin was down again less that a minute later from what referee Ian John-Lewis ruled to be slip. Bonin was down again at 1:17 by another quick left-right combination that caused his right knee to drop to the mat. Bonin was down to his knees for a third and final time from glancing shots, and the referee waved off the fight.
