"Denny Moyer, 160, Portland, caught Bobby Harrington, 161, St. Louis, with a right to the body, followed by a left to the head and down went Harrington for a mandatory eight-count. In the 4th round, finding the experience of Moyer was somewhat of a problem, Harrington came out throwing body punches followed with a left hook to the jaw of Moyer. Moyer was caught flat-footed and down he went, apparently more surprised than hurt. He quickly bounced up, took the mandatory eight-count and continued throughout the fight to be in complete command.
