On August 26, 1975, Dexter Tyrone Augustine was born to be a true force in the sports world by leading his high school football team to numerous victories, playoff spots and a championship. Dexter was in many activities that lead to very positive outcomes as a teen going through many hurdles in his young life boxing was the one true sport that stuck out and followed Augustine to his present-day state of being. Dexter being an avid gym goer and a long time friend of Roy Jones Sr. and Roy Jones Jr. linked up with the then champion Derrick Smoke Gainer and began his training by learning the basic's and fundamental tools of being the best boxer of his times , with a larger than life body frame , speed, foot work mixed with good conditioning Dexter truly is coming in with a stunning 6-1-0 record and the only defeat is a split decision after a draw but before being officially in the amateur boxing world Augustine would spar in many boxing gyms through out Baton Rouge, LA and Pensacola, Fl knocking out an impressive 38 fighters in 38 sparing match's used to train up and coming boxers that soon after quite the sport thus earning him the name THE MAN WITH THE CONCRETE HANDS. Dexter has always loomed in the shadows awaiting his turn to take over a division that is hard to get into but is his destiny to rule at a high level, the Augustine family is still railing from the loss of his mother and yet he feels is his one true gift that will not be replaced in his life along with his 5 kids The Man with Concrete  Hands DEXTER  The Chosen One AUGUSTINE truly is a class act  and world-class athlete
