Dr. John Trigg

From the Baltimore Afro American, in several accounts of the 1941 Louis-Baer fight in Washington it is noted that it was the first heavyweight title fight worked by an African-American judge -- Dr. John E. Trigg, who is described in the BAA as a "colored physician."
