- 1910s boxing, roller-skating, dancing venue located on University Street, across from the Olympic Hotel
- Also known as "Dreamland Pavilion" and said to be located on the corner of Seventh Avenue and Union Street [1]
- By 2025, it was the site of the "Unluckiest Exit Off Ramp in Seattle" due to the many car crashes at this intersection coming off the I-5 Freeway (Exit 165B): [2][3]
