Emmanuel B. Agassi, (Armenian: Agassian) more commonly known as Mike Agassi (born 25 December 1930 in Salmas, Iran), was a former Iranian boxer and is the father of tennis star Andre Agassi.

Born to Assyrian and Armenian parents, Agassi represented Iran as a boxer in the 1948 and 1952 Olympics. In 1948, he lost in the first round to Alvaro Vicente. In 1952, he competed in the Featherweight division where he lost in the first round against Leonard Leisching, who went on to win the bronze medal.

He shortened his surname to Agassi after he immigrated to the United States, first to Chicago, then Las Vegas, Nevada.
