Erick De Leon floored Eric Ricker, of Toledo, three times to claim a first-round TKO win in his professional debut.
De Leon came out aggressively and threw power punches. A barrage highlighted by left hands sent Ricker through the ropes at just over 30 seconds into the opening round. He was up quickly and action continued. A straight left hand hurt Ricker and a series of lefts and rights to the body from De Leon sent him down to a knee at one minute and ten seconds. Another flurry of left and right hooks to the body sent Ricker down for a third time.
